Layout Plan

The Layout Plan option is intended for clients who want control of the construction process. Perhaps you have a builder already on site or prefer to deal directly with your landscaper of choice and make your own decisions on materials and planting.

Our design fee includes the same initial services as for the Full Design Service up to the production of the Masterplan document. This option does not include, therefore, any working drawings, planting design, cost estimates, plant sourcing or supervision. 

We do make some materials and plant recommendations to help guide clients in these decisions.

The first step is a site survey and design brief which we develop together with the client. For larger or complex sites an external topograhical survey may be required which we can arrange. 

We then prepare a layout plan along with high quality 3D imagery so you get a really good sense of how the new garden will look and feel. We support these with a moodboard of materials and plant recommendations.
