Full Design Service

This is a complete design consultancy including concept development, working drawings, contractor appointment, planting and styling. We provide assistance for clients from beginning to end of the project. Most clients choose this option for ease and peace of mind.

The first step is a site survey and design brief which we develop together with the client. For larger or complex sites an external topograhical survey may be required which we can arrange. 

We then prepare a sketch plan supported with moodboards, 3D modelling and illustrations.

Once approved, the design is turned into a package of working drawings and specifications.  These are used to create an initial cost estimate and sent on to a small selection of professional landscaping firms to quote for the business.

A planting plan and costed plant list is then prepared for client approval.

We monitor all aspects of the build, visiting the site 1-2 times per week and keeping clients up to date on issues, progress and variations to plan.

Plants are sourced from quality nurseries and growers and we take over planting on smaller projects ourselves at a rate of £500 per day. Otherwise planting is included in the landscaper's fees.

We can also source additional items including pots and planters, furniture, sculpture, cushions etc
